1. Agreement
By using Vision HR, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Vision HR is a multi-tenant HR platform delivered as a managed service.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep credentials safe, configure roles correctly, and ensure data you upload complies with applicable law.
4. Fees and billing
Per-employee per-month, billed in advance. See your order form for specifics.
5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no abuse, no using Vision HR to violate anyone's rights.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of your data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. We provide a data export window.
8. Disclaimer & liability
Provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless your order form says otherwise.
